SimplerSpace operates dedicated workplaces in office markets throughout California. We service business of all sizes & stages by offering virtual, office, and suite memberships. We also provide conference room rentals on an hourly or daily basis. Our members pay month-to-month, with no hidden fees or terms. It’s our mission to provide clients with a simpler, more flexible alternative to typical office space rentals.
SimplerSpace Members will never have to commit to more than a month at a time. Unlike other office spaces, we do not lock you in to yearly commitments. Our memberships are built to provide maximum flexibility to businesses.
SimplerSpace office & suite members have full access to our campuses. That means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Your office will be there for you regardless of the date, time, or circumstance.
All SimplerSpace locations come with three main shared areas:
  • Kitchen/Break Room available to all members.
  • Conference Rooms available for reservation at daily or hourly rates.
  • Mail room with dedicated mail boxes for every office house at that location.
